How do I change the type of my page...it's under other-business right now and I need it to be under non-profit?
Page category is actually one of the only things you CAN'T change once you select it ("Name" is the other one) -- if you really need the category to be non-profit you'll need to start over, delete your page and create a new one. Annoying but true.
